  As a retired professional, I wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. Logix Neoworld Phase 1 offea yoga/meditation area and a spa, which are perfect for relaxation. The 2 BHK flat I looked at had a carpet area of 702 square feet. Being ready to move was important so I could settle in quickly. The complex has a grocery shop and medical facilities, which adds to the convenience. The location in Sector 150 is relatively quiet compared to other parts of Noida. My main concern is the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway during peak hou, which can be significant.

  Logix Neoworld Phase 1 seemed like a good option for our growing family. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which have a good 928 square feet carpet area. The proximity to JP International School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. The availability of a children's play area and a theme park within the complex is fantastic for the kids. We also checked out the medical facilities available on-site. The only drawback is that the Noida Sector 148 Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit of a distance to cover daily for commuting. Still, it’s a decent project.

Being ready to move in was a huge advantage as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is convenient for commuting. We visited the children's play area and the swimming pool, which look good for the kids. Parking is allocated, which is a plus. The nearby JP International School is nearby, which is manageable. Overall, it seems like a good place for a family.

The swimming pool and the sauna bath are nice perks for unwinding after a long day at work. The location in Sector 150 offegood connectivity via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. One thing I’ve noticed is that the parking can feel a bit congested during evenings when most residents are back. The developer, Logix Group, seems to have provided decent facilities.
