As a retired professional, I wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. Logix Neoworld Phase 1 offea yoga/meditation area and a spa, which are perfect for relaxation. The 2 BHK flat I looked at had a carpet area of 702 square feet. Being ready to move was important so I could settle in quickly. The complex has a grocery shop and medical facilities, which adds to the convenience. The location in Sector 150 is relatively quiet compared to other parts of Noida. My main concern is the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway during peak hou, which can be significant.
