We bought a 2 BHK here, the carpet area is a generous 1709 Sq.ft which gives us plenty of space. The location in Wagholi, Upper Kharadi is developing nicely and has good connectivity. Lodha Group seems to be paying attention to the amenities like solid waste management and landscaping, which are important for a peaceful living environment. The project completion is expected in March 2030, so we have some time. The surrounding streets are still a bit dusty from ongoing construction, but that is to be expected at this stage. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for our retirement.
