The price was in my acceptable range, about 25 Lakhs. It being ready to move in meant I could settle in quickly after my transfer. The location near Lakshmi Narayana Temple is easy to find. My only real concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if more residents bring multiple vehicles. LG construction needs to address this better, but otherwise, the apartment itself is functional.
