We were looking for a spacious flat and found the 3 BHK configuration at Lansum Kumuda appealing. The built-up area is 1540 Sq.ft, which provides ample space for our family. The project by Lansum Properties LLP P is ready to move, completed in May 2023. Its location in Habsiguda, Secunderabad is very strategic, being close to Johnson Grammar School and Apollo Secunderabad. This proximity is a huge time saver for daily routines. The Habsiguda Metro Station at nearby adds to the connectivity options. They have ensured basic amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply. Rainwater harvesting is also implemented. My only reservation is about the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which I hope will settle down soon. Overall, a decent buy.

The development includes a children's play area and good landscaping. They have also included a fire fighting system and electrical meter room. The ample water supply is a great relief. The maintenance seems to be handled well by the developer.

We are still getting used to the noise from the main road, but overall we are happy with our decision. The project looks good and we are excited to move in.
