I am buying this property for my parents who live in Chennai. Landmark Amber in KK Nagar was recommended for its location and the fact that it is a ready to move project. They specifically liked the idea of a swimming pool and gymnasium which are available in the complex. The 3 BHK configuration at 1350 square feet built up provides ample space for them. It is important for me that they have good healthcare nearby, and MGM Healthcare is not too far. Rainwater harvesting is also a good environmental feature. My only slight concern is the Vadpalani Metro Station is about 3.6 kilometeaway, which might be a bit of a distance for them for daily commutes if needed. However, proximity to Arcot road is a plus.

We were looking for a spacious home in a well-established area and Landmark Amber in KK Nagar fit the bill. We purchased a 3 BHK flat, which is a good 1350 square feet built up. The completion was back in January 2012, so it is a ready to move property. The location is quite convenient with Arcot road nearby for easy access. We found the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium useful for staying active. Power backup is also a good addition given Chennai's weather sometimes. The only minor issue is the traffic on Arcot road during peak houcan be a bit much, but within the complex it is peaceful. Overall, it is a decent property for comfortable living.

We were renting in the area and decided it was time to buy. Landmark Amber in KK Nagar, Sector 14 seemed like a good choice for us. We opted for a 3 BHK which is 1350 square feet, a nice upgrade from our previous rental. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool within the community is fantastic for relaxation after work. The piped gas connection is a convenient feature that we didn't have before. The proximity to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan school is also a bonus for families with children. One thing we are slightly worried about is the parking situation, as the complex looks a bit older and we're not sure if it can accommodate two cacomfortably for each flat. We hope the builder has addressed this adequately.

This is my fit flat purchase and I was a bit nervous. Landmark Amber seemed like a good option because it's ready to move. I got a 3 BHK which is 1350 square feet, feels quite big for me right now. The location in Sector 14, KK Nagar is very close to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan school, which is great because my younger sister goes there. They also have a multipurpose room and a sports area which sound fun for future gatherings. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I am hoping that will settle down soon. The piped gas connection is a definite plus, makes cooking much easier. Hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
