We chose GP Gayathri because it's so close to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan school, literally a minute's walk. That was the biggest factor for us with two young kids. The 3 BHK apartment is 1600 square feet, which gives everyone enough room. It was ready to move in since 2014, which meant we didn't have to wait. Srivatsa Foundations (P) Ltd provided 24x7 security, which is very important for peace of mind. The area is generally good, but the noise from the nearby Arcot road can be noticeable sometimes, especially during the day. We are still getting used to it. The power backup is a good feature to have, especially with Chennai's weather.

The 24x7 security is reassuring. My main concern is parking; finding a spot can be difficult sometimes, especially if I have visitoIt’s a bit of a trade-off for the prime location, I suppose. But for proximity to work and hospitals, it’s a good choice.
