We just moved into KCee Rain Tree last month. The location in KK Nagar, Sector 10 is fantastic, especially being so close to Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School, it's literally a minute away. Getting to Ashok Nagar Metro Station in 3 minutes is also super convenient for our commutes to work. The flat itself is ready to move, which was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait. We were a bit worried about the parking situation as we have two ca, and it does get a little tight during peak houHowever, the developer KCee Properties seems responsive to other resident queries we've heard about. Overall, it’s a good place to start our married life.

After searching for a while, I finally settled on KCee Rain Tree. The biggest draw for me was the proximity to MGM Healthcare, which is important for peace of mind. Being able to get to Ashok Nagar Metro Station in just 3 minutes is also a lifesaver for my daily office travel.
