It is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which are 1372 sq.ft, giving us ample space. The price for our unit was around 64.48 Lakh. The New Era English School is nearby, making it very convenient for my children. The range of amenities like the children's play area, park, and garden are excellent. I do wish the hospital was a bit closer than nearby, but the overall package is good.

We purchased a 3 BHK apartment at Lalit Roongta Florenza looking for a peaceful retirement home. The project has so many amenities like a jogging track, senior citizen siteout, and a reflexology park which are perfect for us. The 1372 square feet size gives us plenty of space. Being ready to move was important, and we moved in two months ago. The location in Govind Nagar is quiet. One thing I've noticed is the traffic on the main road can get a bit busy during peak hou, so we avoid it then. The ample garden space and flower gardens are a real delight. The sewage treatment plant is also a good feature for the environment.
