We invested in a larger 3 BHK apartment, around 1480 Sq.ft, at Lakvin Valley Residency for our growing family. The location is quite good, with Mysore road nearby, making it easy for us to travel. The project has been completed since 2013. The amenities such as the party hall and landscaping are well-maintained and are useful for hosting guests. Lakvin Developeseem to have a steady presence. The price was towards the higher end, approximately 96.87 Lakhs, but the size and location justified it for us. One minor issue is the parking; it can feel a bit congested if you have multiple vehicles. Also, the dust from ongoing nearby constructions can be a nuisance sometimes. However, the power backup system is very reliable and the intercom facility is functional. It's a solid option in Rajarajeshwari Nagar.

This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in Lakvin Valley Residency. I was drawn to the location in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, close to the hospital and the metro. The apartment size is 835 Sq.ft, which feels manageable for a fit home. Being ready to move in made the process much simpler for me. The price was around 69.7 Lakhs, which was at the upper end of my budget, but I felt it was worth it for the location and the builder, Lakvin DevelopeThe children's play area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids yet. The 24x7 security is reassuring. My only worry is that the construction quality, while looking okay, doesn't seem as premium as some newer projects I've seen. But for a fit purchase, it meets my needs for now.

We chose Lakvin Valley Residency for our family, especially because VSS International Public School is nearby. Our 3 BHK apartment is spacious, about 1230 Sq.ft, giving the kids plenty of room. It was completed back in 2013, and it's been a good home. The jogging track and children's play area are great for the kids to use after school. We did have some initial concerns about the distance to the main highway, NH 48 is nearby, which can make weekend trips a little longer. However, having the metro station at Pattanagere, nearby, helps a bit. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice green feel. The power backup is reliable which is essential with kids at home. Lakvin Developeprovided a decent home for us.
