The built-up area of 1120 Sq.ft is adequate for my needs. The building has been around since 2012, so it's a mature property. The price point around 38 Lakh seemed reasonable for the space offered. I appreciate the provision for power backup and car parking. My only minor concern is that the OC details are not readily available, which I feel is important for any property.
