The price of 37.2 Lakh seemed reasonable for Bengaluru. The location is good because Delhi Public School Bengaluru South is right there, which is perfect for our child. The developer, Sri Balaji, seems to have a good track record. We liked the children's play area and the gymnasium. One thing that’s a bit of a concern is the traffic on Mysore road, especially during peak houIt can get quite congested. We are still thinking about it, but it’s a strong contender for our fit home purchase.
