It was ready to move, which was a huge advantage. The price point of 36.24 Lakh was very attractive for a property of this size. The location in Devanahalli is quite strategic, with Akash International School a short distance and Akash Hospital a short distance. This makes daily life very easy for my family. Sri Lakume, the developer, has built this project. The approach road to the project could be better maintained, sometimes it gets quite muddy after rain.
