They are close to IQRA International School, which is only a 2-minute drive, and also Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is not too far. The project is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The developer, Laa Group of Company, seems to have a decent track record. We have arranged for a site visit next month to see the actual flat and the amenities like the cycling track and 24x7 security. Hopefully, the Vastu compliance will bring them peace. My only concern is undetanding the exact maintenance charges, which they need to clarify.
