The price of approximately 36.1 Lakh was higher than we initially planned, but the location in Kamala Nagar, Secunderabad and the ready-to-move status made us go for it. Kushal Sai BuildeAnd Developehas provided essential amenities like lifts and ample water supply. However, the car parking area, especially the open parking, seemed a bit congested. We are hoping the traffic noise from the main road, which is somewhat accessible, won't be too much of an issue once we settle in. The construction was completed in December 2023.
