    We were looking for a ready to move flat and Krushnakunj fit the bill. The 2 BHK carpet area is 572 sq.ft which is quite decent for us. Location in Alandi is okay, close to the highway. My partner liked the landscaping and tree planting. The electrical meter room facility is also practical. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. We are still waiting to see how the 24x7 water supply actually performs during peak summer. It's good that the developer Ananda Raghunath Solat has provided this. Overall, it seems like a good place for a young couple starting out. We are excited about settling in soon. The construction looks solid enough from the outside.
