Finding a place close to schools was our main priority. Krushnai Vrundaavan Heights is close to Shivaji English Medium School & Jr. College, which is very convenient. We got a 1 BHK flat of 450 square feet carpet area. The location in Saswad, Amanora Park Town is developing and has internal roads and footpaths, which is good for kids to play around safely. The price of 28 Lakhs is reasonable for the area. One thing I noticed is that the internal roads might get dusty during construction phases nearby, though this project is ready to move. The project has closed car parking, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a practical choice for families.
