My family and I moved into Krishnaveni Lrk Residency recently after searching for months. We chose the 2 BHK unit of 860 square feet carpet area. The location is excellent because the Kankaragunta Bridge Underground Subway Metro Station is just 1.75 kilometeaway, which makes commuting very simple for me. Krishnaveni Constructions has finished the project well. We are happy with the parking facility provided here. It is nice to be in a residential area that is close to essential services. Overall, we are quite happy with the purchase and the neighborhood is very peaceful compared to where we lived before.

It is really close to the main road, so I feel safe even when I return home late from work. Being near the Kankaragunta Bridge Underground Subway Metro Station is a big help for my travel needs. The apartment is ready to move, so I could shift in immediately without any delays. I wish there was a bit more greenery in the compound, but that is a small detail.

Rental demand in the Syamala Nagar area is quite strong because it is close to the city center. The only downside is that the parking area feels a bit tight, which could be an issue for bigger vehicles. Still, for a long term hold, this looks like a decent bet for my portfolio.
