Nagar is decent, though getting to the Nandanam Metro Station takes about 3.3 kilomete, which is a bit of a ride. The price is significant, approximately 4.63 crore. I'm paying close attention to the maintenance charges which are not detailed here. The amenities like video door security and power backup are reassuring. The school and hospital nearby are also convenient.
