The price of 2.59 Crore onwards is substantial, but the location's advantages are clear. We are pleased with the amenities like the children's play area and the gated community setup which ensures safety. The 24x7 water supply is a must-have. One minor concern is the construction quality around the common areas; it feels a bit basic. However, the readiness to move in is a significant advantage.
