I purchased a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1850 Sq.ft. The project by Appaswamy Real Estate is ready to move, which was ideal given my urgent need. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are essential services that are in place. The price was around 1.85 Cr. While the apartment is spacious, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby buildings, which is a common issue in developing areas. Overall, it's a good residential option.
