    As a retired individual, I was seeking a peaceful community. Krishna Dahan Niwas in Ankhol, Waghodiya Road, seemed promising. Krushnadahan is developing this project. The senior citizen siteout is a thoughtful addition. We looked at a 4 BHK villa with a built-up area of 1900 Sq.ft. The price was 95 Lakh. It is a gated community, which offesecurity. The availability of 24X7 water supply and fire fighting system is reassuring. The nearby Savita Supepeciality Hospital is nearby, which is important at our age. My only reservation is the completion date of December 2028; it feels like a long time to wait. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good environmental features.

The price was a bit high, around 75 Lakh for the smaller villas, but we felt it was worth it for the facilities. The construction is under way, with completion expected in December 2028. We are a bit concerned about the landscaping and tree planting; we hope it looks as good as promised. The street lighting is also a plus for evenings.
