    I needed a comfortable and secure place for my parents in Jaipur. Krishna Alankar Residency offered ready-to-move-in apartments, which was ideal. I chose a 1415 square feet 3 BHK. The 24x7 security and water supply were key deciding factofor me. The developer, Krishna Alankar Group, also mentioned Vastu compliance which my parents appreciate. The nearby Warren Academy school is a plus for any visiting grandchildren. While the construction was completed in 2009, the common areas seem to be kept in good condition. My parents are happy there, which is the most important thing.

It's nice that they have rain water harvesting and landscaping. The location near NH-8 is good for commuting. However, the parking space can feel a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caAlso, the building is from 2009, so some areas might show their age. But for the price point which is not available, it offebasic necessities and security.
