We needed a modern apartment close to our workplaces, and Krishe Pearl caught our eye. The 2 BHK units are a good size, starting from 1291 square feet. It's a new launch by Sri Krishna Developpe, with completion by December 2023. The price point, around 70.99 Lakh for the smaller 2 BHKs, fits our budget. We really liked the idea of having EV charging points and an outdoor gym. The entrance lobby and waiting lounge seem quite sophisticated. My only reservation is the current infrastructure around Chengicherla; the road access could be better, and it felt a bit dusty. However, the number of amenities, over 35 including a theme park and amphitheater, is impressive. The Stadium Metro Station is also not too far at nearby.

The main concern for us is the price. While the area is developing, the cost is at the higher end of our expectations. However, the proximity to Johnson Grammar School Mallapur ICSE (4.13 Km) is a huge advantage for our children. We hope the completion by December 2023 is on time.
