We looked at Kranti Adivaithaa because of its proximity to Akshara International School. It's right in A S Rao Nagar, which is convenient. The 3 BHK apartment, 1770 Sq.ft, gives us enough space for the kids. Kranti Infra is building this in Eswaripuri Colony. They have a good list of amenities including a children's play area and a swimming pool. My wife liked the idea of Wi-Fi being available. The project completion is planned for May 2027. We did notice quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction, which is undetandable but a bit of a nuisance right now. We are hoping it settles down after completion.
