This is my fit time buying a home and I chose Kotecha Royal Tatvam. I was looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill. The 2 BHK apartments are about 1157 to 1231 square feet, which feels spacious enough for me. The Ganga Kotecha Group seems to have put in good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The location on NH - 8 is quite convenient for commuting. My parents liked the Vastu compliance aspect too. Parking is available, which is important. I felt confident booking here.

Living alone, I wanted a secure and comfortable place. Kotecha Royal Tatvam offe24/7 security, which is a big plus. The high-speed elevatoare a nice touch and make getting to my 3 BHK apartment on a higher floor quick. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is between 1450 and 1786 square feet, so plenty of room. I really like the terrace garden for relaxing. It's also close to the Mansarovar Metro Station, just about 5.37 kilometeaway, which is useful for weekend trips. The price range of 37.02 Lakh to 57.15 Lakh was within my budget.

We needed more space than our rental offered, so we looked at Kotecha Royal Tatvam. We decided on a 2 BHK which is between 1157 and 1231 square feet. The balcony in each room is a great feature. The Ganga Kotecha Group has included a children's play area, which is good for future planning. The area near NH - 8 is developing well. The only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, but that's expected in a growing area. Overall, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are very appealing for the price.
