I appreciate the tree plantation and rainwater harvesting systems implemented by Koncept Ambience. The accessibility to key landmarks is excellent, and it's a pleasant area. I was particularly drawn to the golf coue proximity and the general greenery. The project is ready to move in, having been completed in December 2022. While the location is great, the price point of 2.48 Crore for a 3 BHK felt a bit steep for my retirement budget, but the quality of construction and the amenities like the swimming pool and squash court are commendable. It’s a quiet environment.

We got a 3 BHK which is about 2717 square feet, offering enough space for our home office needs. The project has a really nice swimming pool and a gymnasium which we use regularly. The Olympic size swimming pool is particularly impressive. The location is excellent, being close to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur and Raidurg Metro Station. We booked it because it was ready to move in and the completion date was December 2022. The price was at the higher end, around 3.2 Crore for our unit, but we feel the amenities and location make it worth it.
