The 2 BHK flats are 918 square feet, and the asking price started around 55.0 Lakh. The locality is well-connected with Tigaon Road and the Main Bypass Road nearby. They have good amenities like a gymnasium and a jogging track, which could help with tenant appeal if I decide to rent it out. The Vastu compliant design is also a selling point. While the construction quality looks solid, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in adjacent plots, which is a bit of a nuisance at the moment.

The project being ready to move in December 2013 meant I could settle in quickly. The price of 55.0 Lakh was within my retirement funds. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the presence of a lift, which is essential for me now. The Vastu compliance of the flat was also an important consideration. The jogging track is great for my morning walks. While the Sarvodaya Hospital is not too far, I do wish the Escorts Mujesar Metro Station was closer than 7.7 kilometefor easier travel.

Decided to buy here in KLJ Platinum Flooas a ready-to-move option. The 2 BHK configuration is perfect for me, and the 918 square feet built-up area gives enough room. It's located in Sector 77, Faridabad, and being close to National Highway 2 is great for my commute. The 55.0 Lakh budget worked for me. I really appreciate the 24x7 security and the availability of a lift. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. My only minor worry is the parking; the open parking spots can get quite full, and I sometimes worry about finding a space when I return late from work. The swimming pool is a nice amenity though.
