I bought a 1 BHK apartment in KLJ Espana, Sector 77, Faridabad, for my parents. They needed a comfortable and secure place, and this ready to move project by KLJ DevelopePvt. Ltd. Seemed to fit the bill. The 750 Sq.ft area is manageable for them. The amenities like the swimming pool and the children play area are good, although they might not use them much. The gated community aspect provides peace of mind for me, knowing they are in a secure environment. The location offeaccessibility to key landmarks and is near the Narayana e-techno school. The fire sprinkleand 24X7 water supply are practical features. I did find the price point to be slightly higher than anticipated, but the quality of construction and the amenities offered justify it to some extent. The landscaping is well done.

We just moved into our 2 BHK apartment at KLJ Espana in Faridabad and it’s been a smooth transition. The 1190 Sq.ft space is well laid out and the living area feels quite large. My wife likes the children play area and the landscaping around the complex. It’s a gated community with a sports area and a swimming pool, which are great for downtime. The location in Sector 77, Block A is convenient, with Narayana e-techno school right next door and Sarvodaya Hospital also very close. Accessibility to key landmarks is good. One thing we are still getting used to is the parking situation; it can feel a little tight when the complex is full. Overall, the KLJ DevelopePvt. Ltd. Project feels solid and we are happy with the decision to buy here.

The project has essential amenities like a gymnasium, lift(s), and paved compound. Being close to Tigaon Road and the Main Bypass Road makes commuting manageable. The developer, KLJ DevelopePvt. Ltd., has provided 24X7 water supply, which is a relief. However, the proximity to the National Highway 2 also means there is some traffic noise, especially during the day. It’s a gated community, offering a sense of security. The overall construction quality looks decent for the price point, though I haven't seen the completion certificate yet.

The only minor thing is the roads around Sector 77 can get a bit congested during peak hou, but that's common in many developing areas. It's a ready to move project, which saves time.

Is a gated community with a sports area and gymnasium, which are great for staying active. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. Having Narayana e-techno school right at nearby is convenient. The proximity to National Highway 2 is also a benefit for travel. The 24X7 water supply is reliable. One minor issue is that the internal roads within the complex are a bit narrow, making it challenging to navigate during busy times with multiple caentering or exiting.

The combination of contemporary architecture and features promised by KLJ DevelopePvt. Ltd. Seems to be delivered. The amenities like the swimming pool and children play area are a big draw. It's also a gated community, which makes me feel safer. The location is quite strategic, being only close to Escorts Mujesar Metro Station. Accessibility to key landmarks is good. My only concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby secto, but I undetand that is part of living in a developing area. It's ready to move in, which is a huge plus.
