It is a ready-to-move project, completed in March 2023 by Desire The Property Hub. The location is quite strategic, with easy access to National Highway 2, Tigaon Road, and Main Bypass Road. Narayana e-techno school is nearby, which is very convenient. The 24/7 water supply and power backup are reliable features. The price starting from 1.06 Crore was in our budget. One minor issue is the dust from nearby construction sites, which is noticeable sometimes, but we are hoping it will reduce once those sites are completed.
