    I bought a 2 BHK flat here as an investment, mainly because it's ready to move. Sri Kirthika buildepvt ltd completed this project in June 2014, so it's been around for a while. The location on OMR, Thoraipakkam is good for rentals. The flat size is about 950 sq.ft. The price was in the 42 Lakh range. My main concern is that the construction quality looks a bit dated now. Also, finding parking can be a challenge if you have guests. The nearby Old Mahabalipuram Road is convenient, but the internal roads leading to the project are not great. Still, for the price, it's an acceptable investment.

    We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Kirthika Pavilion for our family. The size is around 960 sq.ft, which is comfortable. Being ready to move made the process much simpler. The proximity to Orchids The International School and Cloudnine Hospital is a significant advantage, both are basically nearby. The price was about 43 Lakhs. The project has essential amenities like a children's play area and power backup. However, the fire sprinkleare a bit of a concern; I hope they are well-maintained. The greenery is pleasant, but the dust from nearby construction can be an issue sometimes. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is crucial.

    We were looking for something close to our IT jobs on OMR and Kirthika Pavilion seemed like a good option. The 949 sq.ft 2 BHK flat size is decent for us. It's ready to move which was a big plus because we didn't want to wait. The main road access is close, only a short distance Old Mahabalipuram Road. The price point of around 42.71 Lakhs was also within our budget. The only thing is the traffic on OMR can get quite bad during peak hou, so the commute sometimes takes longer than expected. Other than that, the children's play area is nice for when our friends visit with their kids.

Having Cloudnine Hospital also at nearby distance gives great peace of mind. The 2 BHK flats are around 972 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family of three. We liked the lush greenery around the project. It feels calm despite being so close to the main road. The price was about 43.74 Lakhs, which is reasonable for the location and amenities. Power backup is also a good feature to have here.
