The carpet area is good, with options between 847 Sq.ft and 969 Sq.ft, which gives us the extra room we need. Its location on NH-8, Sanganer is quite accessible, and it’s great that Ideal Education Point and New Choudhary Public School are so close; it saves a lot of travel time for our kids. Being ready to move in meant we could shift quickly without waiting for possession. We are slightly concerned about the parking situation, as we have two ca, and it seems a bit tight in the common areas.
