We were looking for a spacious home for our family, and Ketsun The Palms seemed like a good fit. We bought a 3 BHK villa with a carpet area of 2344 Sq.ft. The Orchid School is nearby, which is very convenient for our children. The project is ready to move, and Ketsun Enterprises completed it in 2016. The price was around 3.7 Cr. The villas are spacious and have good landscaping. We have 24x7 water supply. My only small issue is that finding parking can sometimes be a bit challenging when we have guests over, as the open parking spots fill up quickly. Otherwise, it's a nice place.
