We were looking for a well-located property in Ahmedabad and Keshav Avenue in Maninagar(East) stood out. The 3 BHK flats, built up to 1485 square feet, are quite spacious. The price starting from 71.5 Lakh was attractive, and the fact that it was ready to move in September 2019 helped us plan our move. J K Associates has provided essential amenities like 24x7 security and car parking. The proximity to the Express Highway Junction, nearby, is excellent for commuting. My only concern is the absence of an OC received status, which makes me a little cautious about the legal aspects. Otherwise, the area is developing well.

We finalized on Keshav Avenue mainly because the price point of 71.5 Lakh onwards for a 1485 square foot 3 BHK felt like a good deal in Ahmedabad's Central East. J K Associates seems to have a decent track record. The ready to move in status was also a major factor for us as we wanted to settle in quickly. The proximity to the Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School, nearby, is extremely convenient for our children. While the location in Maninagar(East) is developing, some interior roads can be a bit congested during peak hou, which is something to consider. Overall, it’s a practical choice for a family home.

The price starting at 71.5 Lakh seemed reasonable given the size and location. Having piped gas connection is a big plus for us, saving hassle. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance also give us peace of mind. The only minor issue is the traffic around the Narayana Hospital area, which can get a bit heavy sometimes. But otherwise, the connectivity to the New Vadodara Expressway is good for weekend getaways. We are happy with the decision.

The 1485 square foot 3 BHK configuration offeample space. The price starting at 71.5 Lakh felt reasonable for the size. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system, which are important safety features. The proximity to the Narayana Hospital is a plus. However, the connectivity directly to the main road could be better; the lane leading to the property is a bit narrow and can be tricky at times. Still, it offea comfortable living experience.
