The project is under construction and expected to be completed by November 2024. My main worry is the traffic on Paud Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.

The only downside is the distance to the metro station, Ideal Colony Metro Station is nearby, so daily commute might involve more road travel.

Kelkar Housing LLP P mentioned they have 24X7 water supply and also a sewage treatment plant, which is good for their daily comfort. I hope the construction finishes by November 2024 as planned. The only concern I have is that it is still under construction and I cannot see the actual flat quality myself. I am relying on the developer's reputation.
