The 2 BHK apartment is 1170 square feet, which feels spacious enough for us and our two kids. It's nice that APL Global School is so close, only 0.6 kilometeaway. The price was on the higher side, around 70.2 Lakhs, but we feel it's a worthwhile investment for our future. The builder, Kay Arr & Co, has been transparent so far. We are still waiting for the OC, which is a bit concerning, but otherwise, we are happy with the decision.

It's also very close to OMR, just 0.2 kilomete, which makes my daily commute easy. Cloudnine Hospital is also nearby at 0.6 kilomete, which gives added peace of mind. The price of 70.2 Lakhs was achievable for me. However, the parking space feels a bit cramped, especially if visitoarrive. The apartment is ready to move, which was a major factor in my decision.
