The price of 51.03 Lakh for this configuration is a bit high for my initial budget, but the amenities provided justify it somewhat. The completion date of May 2026 gives me ample time to save more. I am a little concerned about the parking situation, especially if I get a second car in the future, but the entrance gate security cabin provides some peace of mind. The developer is Kavisha Group.
