The project is ready to move since November 2016. I purchased a studio apartment of 550 Sq.ft built-up area for approximately 60 Lakhs. The proximity to Somerville School (1.5 km) is a bonus, though I don't have kids. The gymnasium is well-equipped. The area is developing nicely. My only minor concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to the complex.
