The 2 BHK flat we got has a 520 square feet carpet area. It's ready to move, so we shifted right after completion in March 2024. The price was 79 Lakh onwards. While the location is great for schools and Jupiter Hospital is also right there, the access to NH-48 is nearby, which is a bit of a drive. Parking also seems a little tight if you have guests. However, the essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and the energy management system are good. The developer Kaustubh Anil Lokhande seems to have focused on practical living spaces.

The sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting are also good features for the environment.
