The area in Baner has seen good appreciation over the yeaThe 850 sq.ft. Configuration is standard for this market. We moved into Kasturi Allure in Baner about two months ago. The 850 square foot 2 BHK flat is quite comfortable for us. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The gymnasium is well-equipped and I use it almost daily. The location is convenient, close to D. A. V. Public School which is good. However, the traffic on the main Baner road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The 24x7 security is reassuring. We were looking for a ready-to-move property and this fit the bill. The club house is a nice addition for weekends. Being a teacher couple, proximity to schools is important, and D. A. V. Public School being nearby is a major plus. The only slight concern is the parking area; it feels a bit congested when many caare parked. Still, it’s a significant improvement for us and we are happy with the decision. Kasturi Developeseems to have a decent track record.
