We booked a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 537 sq.ft. It's conveniently a short distance Nest Public School. The project is ready to move in and has basic security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. The only small issue is that the rooms, especially the 1 BHK configuration starting from 371 sq.ft, feel a bit compact for a growing family. Overall, it's a decent option.
