I selected the 846.15 Sq.ft carpet area flat because it offea practical layout. It is currently under construction, but the site visit was reassuring. My only minor worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can get quite heavy near Penamaluru. Otherwise, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. I look forward to moving in by March 2027 once the work is completed. It is a good investment if you are working in the medical field nearby.
