We were looking for a larger home as our family is growing. Moving from our rental on Waghodia Road, we found Kamaxi Avenue. We loved the proximity to Podar International School, it's literally nearby. Savita Supepeciality Hospital is also right there, which is a huge relief for us. We are looking at a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of about 1160 sq.ft. The price point of 51 Lakh is within our reach. The only concern is the under-construction status with a December 2030 completion; it feels quite far away. We're hoping Kamaxi Group sticks to this timeline. The amenities like the senior and toddler zones are exactly what we need.

The developer, Kamaxi Group, has a decent track record. I bought a unit with a built-up area of 1160 sq.ft for approximately 51 Lakh. The possession is expected in December 2030, which is a long way off, but that's typical for under-construction projects in this area. I'm particularly interested in the premium SS sinks and Jaguar fixtures mentioned in the specifications, along with the dual gym for men and women. The proximity to Savita Supepeciality Hospital is also a plus for peace of mind. Overall, a solid investment in a developing area of Vadodara.

We visited Kamaxi Avenue last weekend. It's located in Ankhol, quite close to where we work in the IT corridor. The project offe3 and 4 BHK apartments, and we are considering a 4 BHK. The built-up area is a good 1440 sq.ft. The price is around 63 Lakh, which is a stretch for us, but we are considering it. The list of amenities is impressive, especially the open-air gym on the podium level and the co-working space. My only hesitation is the long completion date of December 2030. Also, there was quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction nearby, which is expected but still a bit of a nuisance. Kamaxi Group seems to be developing the project well though.

We finally decided on Kamaxi Avenue for our new home. The main reason was its location: Podar International School is literally at the dootep, and Savita Supepeciality Hospital is also very close. We opted for a 4 BHK apartment which is about 1440 sq.ft built-up area, costing us around 63 Lakh. The developer, Kamaxi Group, has included many facilities for children like a jogging track, cricket pitch, and a separate toddler zone. The swimming pool and amphitheater are great bonuses. Our main concern is the long waiting period until December 2030 for completion. Also, the distance to Vadodara Railway Station is over 11 kilomete, which might be inconvenient for relatives visiting. But for our daily needs, the location is perfect.
