We were looking for a ready to move villa and found Kamala Amulya Homes. The 2000 sq.ft built-up area for the 3 BHK villa felt spacious enough for us. The location in Kushaiguda, Secunderabad is decent, close enough to the Outer Ring Road for our commutes. We liked the gymnasium and the swimming pool for unwinding after work. The project was completed in December 2010, so it's an older construction but seemed well maintained when we visited. The price point was around 56 Lakhs which was within our budget. Parking was a little tight for our two ca, but we managed. Overall, it felt like a good value for money deal for us.

Finding a villa with good space for kids was important, and Kamala Amulya Homes has a children's play area. The 3 BHK villa itself is 2000 sq.ft built up, so plenty of room for everyone. It's located in Secunderabad, close to the Outer Ring Road which helps with travel. We visited the site and the cycling and jogging track looked good. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that settles down. The price of 56 Lakhs for a villa of this size in Hyderabad felt reasonable. We are considering it for our family.
