  We were looking for a ready to move villa and found Kamala Amulya Homes. The 2000 sq.ft built-up area for the 3 BHK villa felt spacious enough for us. The location in Kushaiguda, Secunderabad is decent, close enough to the Outer Ring Road for our commutes. We liked the gymnasium and the swimming pool for unwinding after work. The project was completed in December 2010, so it's an older construction but seemed well maintained when we visited. The price point was around 56 Lakhs which was within our budget. Parking was a little tight for our two ca, but we managed. Overall, it felt like a good value for money deal for us.

However, the lack of readily available OC documents is a point of caution for buyeThe Tarnaka Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit of a distance.

  Finding a villa with good space for kids was important, and Kamala Amulya Homes has a children's play area. The 3 BHK villa itself is 2000 sq.ft built up, so plenty of room for everyone. It's located in Secunderabad, close to the Outer Ring Road which helps with travel. We visited the site and the cycling and jogging track looked good. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that settles down. The price of 56 Lakhs for a villa of this size in Hyderabad felt reasonable. We are considering it for our family.

  I purchased a 3 BHK villa in Kamala Amulya Homes. The built-up area is 2000 sq.ft, which gives us ample living space. It is located in Secunderabad, Kushaiguda. The project offeamenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are good for staying active. The price was around 56 Lakhs. Being ready to move in was a big plus for me. The completion date was December 2010. The access road could be better, it's a bit uneven in places. But overall, it's a peaceful locality and a good investment for the price.

  We were looking for a peaceful place to settle down, and Kamala Amulya Homes in Kushaiguda, Secunderabad appealed to us. The 3 BHK villa offea generous 2000 sq.ft built-up area. We particularly liked the idea of the cycling and jogging track and the children's play area for when our grandchildren visit. The price of 56 Lakhs for a villa is quite attractive. It's ready to move in, which is convenient. The location is good, close to the Outer Ring Road and hospitals like Tulasi Hospitals. The only slight issue is the water softener plant, which is a good feature but requires ongoing maintenance.
