I was looking for a ready to move property in Kothrud and Kamakshie Suhas Sudhanva caught my eye. The location in Rambaug Colony is quite convenient, especially being a short distance the Ideal Colony Metro Station. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 600 square feet. The price point felt reasonable for the area and the readiness of the project. They have included solid waste management and solar energy as part of the amenities, which shows some forward thinking. The developer, Kamakshie Constructions, seems to have a decent track record. My only slight worry is the traffic in Kothrud during peak hou, but that’s common for most good Pune locations. Overall, it feels like a sound investment.

This project in Kothrud is ready to move, which was a priority. I opted for a 2 BHK apartment, around 561 square feet carpet area. The price of 1.2 Crore was within my budget. The apartment layout is quite practical. I appreciated the fire retardant structure and the rainwater harvesting system. Being close to the metro station is also a big plus for getting around the city. The only drawback is the parking; it’s closed car parking, but might feel a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Otherwise, the area is peaceful and the amenities are sufficient.

I purchased a 2 BHK unit in Kamakshie Suhas Sudhanva. The carpet area is about 638 square feet, which is decent for a small family. The location in Kothrud's Rambaug Colony is well-connected, particularly with the metro station a short distance. This project by Kamakshie Constructions is ready to move, saving a lot of hassle. The price was around 1.3 Crore, fitting my budget. They have included good amenities like landscaping and tree planting, and a children's play area which my niece enjoyed during a visit. One thing I noticed is that the surrounding area can get a bit dusty due to ongoing construction in nearby plots, but hopefully, that will settle down. The solid waste management system is a good addition.

The location in Kothrud, close to the metro station, is extremely convenient for my commute. The price for my apartment was approximately 1.25 Crore. The project includes important features like 24x7 water supply and storm water drains. While the basic amenities are covered, I wish there was a dedicated gym. The overall construction quality looks good, and the developer, Kamakshie Constructions, seems reliable. The area is generally lively, but finding parking for visitocan sometimes be tricky.
