The location in Rambaug Colony is quite convenient, especially being a short distance the Ideal Colony Metro Station. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of around 600 square feet. The price point felt reasonable for the area and the readiness of the project. They have included solid waste management and solar energy as part of the amenities, which shows some forward thinking. The developer, Kamakshie Constructions, seems to have a decent track record. My only slight worry is the traffic in Kothrud during peak hou, but that’s common for most good Pune locations. Overall, it feels like a sound investment.

Being close to the metro station is also a big plus for getting around the city. The only drawback is the parking; it’s closed car parking, but might feel a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Otherwise, the area is peaceful and the amenities are sufficient.

The area is generally lively, but finding parking for visitocan sometimes be tricky.
