We were also impressed by the Vaastu-friendly Villa Layouts and the emphasis on bright, open-sided designs. The completion is slated for December 2029. A minor concern for us is the distance to Vadodara Railway Station, which is over 11 kilometeHowever, the proximity to Savita Supepeciality Hospital, also 2.5 kilometeaway, provides reassurance for healthcare access. We are optimistic about the landscaping plans.

The built-up area is around 1633 square feet, which is a significant upgrade for us. The project by Kalpchandra Group in Ankhol, Vadodara, is currently under construction and expected to be finished by December 2029. We liked that the project includes a community hall and a swimming pool, which our children will enjoy. The location being close to Podar International School Vadodara is perfect for us. The only downside is the parking situation might be a bit tight once the community is fully occupied, given the villa format. However, the distance to the main Vadodara Railway Station, over 11 kilomete, might be a slight inconvenience for future tenants who rely on trains. Also, the construction phase means there will be ongoing noise and dust for a while.
