We were also impressed by the Vaastu-friendly Villa Layouts and the emphasis on bright, open-sided designs. The completion is slated for December 2029. A minor concern for us is the distance to Vadodara Railway Station, which is over 11 kilometeHowever, the proximity to Savita Supepeciality Hospital, also 2.5 kilometeaway, provides reassurance for healthcare access. We are optimistic about the landscaping plans.

Also, the construction phase means there will be ongoing noise and dust for a while.
