This project offered a 2 BHK apartment with a good saleable area, around 1070 square feet, which is a significant upgrade from our current rental. The price, approximately 53.5 Lakh, was manageable for us. Being ready to move in was essential as we couldn't wait much longer. We appreciate the water conservation measures and rainwater harvesting facilities. The location in Bollaram, Secunderabad, is relatively quiet. However, we are a little concerned about the parking situation. While there is closed car parking, it seems a bit tight, especially if we have visitowith caWe hope the developer addresses this.
