The amenities like car parking, 24x7 water supply, and a fire fighting system are essential. While the location near S Bhavan is central, the approach road could be wider. The project completion was in July 2020, so it's fairly new. The price range for apartments is between 66.27 Lakh and 92.12 Lakh. I believe this is a solid investment for the future given the area's growth.
