One issue we've noticed is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit much sometimes, especially when windows are open. Also, the narrow lane leading to the main road might be a slight inconvenience for bigger vehicles. Still, the proximity to schools and hospitals is a huge advantage for our family.
