The developer, KADAMB LAVISH VISH ISH SH H, mentioned seamless connectivity to business hubs, which is important for my future plans. I also liked that they have a club house and a community hall. Construction is underway and expected to finish by December 2024. The only worry I have is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable now. I hope they manage it well before possession. Overall, the amenities seem good for a fit-time buyer.
