We are looking at the 3 BHK apartments, which are quite spacious at 1565 Sq.ft. The project is still under construction, so there's some dust around, but that's expected. We are hoping K V N Constructions finishes it by March 2027. The internal roads and footpaths are being laid out, which should be good for the kids to move around safely within the complex. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for us. We did notice that the highway access might mean a bit of traffic noise sometimes, but the school proximity outweighs that.
